These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Delhi UC Registry Sahayak website and the private consultancy, documentation assistance, and process support services provided by us. By using our website, contacting us, or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Service
Delhi UC Registry Sahayak provides private consultancy and documentation assistance for property owners and applicants dealing with PM-UDAY and Unauthorized Colony registry-related processes.
Our assistance may include document verification, document scanning, application preparation, PM-UDAY upload assistance, deficiency guidance, and registry process support.
Important: Delhi UC Registry Sahayak is a private consultancy and documentation assistance service. We are not a Government office, DDA office, Revenue Department office, or any Government authority. We are also not an official Government approval authority.
2. Scope of Assistance
Our role is to assist customers with understanding and preparing for the relevant process. Depending on the case, our services may include:
- Basic document checking and verification guidance.
- Document scanning and preparation assistance.
- Application preparation support.
- PM-UDAY document upload assistance.
- Guidance regarding deficiencies, if any.
- General support for the registry-related process.
The exact assistance available may depend on the documents, property details, application status, and requirements applicable to the individual case.
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Government surveys, approvals, deficiency decisions, fees, timelines, and final registry-related decisions are controlled by the relevant Government authorities and other applicable agencies.
No Guaranteed Outcome: Our assistance does not guarantee application approval, deficiency clearance, Conveyance Deed issuance, registry completion, or any specific result.
Customers should understand that every case may be different and the final outcome depends on the relevant authorities, applicable rules, documents, and case-specific circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To receive appropriate assistance, customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct and complete information.
- Providing genuine and valid documents.
- Informing us if any important document or information changes.
- Reviewing applications and documents before final submission or signing.
- Paying applicable Government fees or other charges directly where required.
- Following instructions and timelines communicated for their case.
We are not responsible for delays, rejection, deficiency, or other issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or invalid information or documents provided by the customer.
5. Documents & Verification
Any document checking or verification assistance provided by us is based on the information and documents made available to us. Our review should not be treated as a legal opinion, Government approval, title guarantee, or confirmation that a document will be accepted by any authority.
Customer Safety: Never sign blank papers or documents that you do not understand. Please read and verify all documents carefully before signing or submitting them.
6. Service Charges & Payments
Charges for our private consultancy and documentation assistance services will be communicated to the customer before or during the service process.
Our service charges are separate from Government fees, stamp duty, registration charges, official payments, or any other third-party charges that may be applicable to a customer's case.
Any payment-related terms, including the scope of the service, will apply according to the assistance requested by the customer.
7. Service Fee & Scope of Work
Our private service fee for PM-UDAY application assistance is ₹2,500/-.
The ₹2,500/- service fee covers the following primary work:
- Registration of the application.
- Managing and preparing the required stamps or stamp-related requirements needed for the application process.
- Filing and submission of the application through the applicable process.
The ₹2,500/- amount is our private service fee for the above-mentioned application-related assistance and work.
Any applicable Government fee, official charge, stamp duty, registration fee, or other third-party charge is separate from our private service fee unless specifically communicated otherwise.
8. Additional Customer Assistance
The basic ₹2,500/- service fee covers the application registration, required stamp-related work, and filing of the application.
However, because you are our customer, we may also provide reasonable additional guidance and assistance to help you better understand the further process.
This additional assistance may include:
- Coordination and follow-up guidance related to the GIS survey company to help the process move forward as smoothly as possible.
- Helping you understand any deficiency or additional requirement that may arise in your case.
- Explaining the general next steps and process related to the Revenue Department.
- Explaining the general next steps and process related to the Registry or Registrar Office.
This assistance is provided to support our customers and build a better customer relationship. It is not a separately paid or guaranteed service included within the ₹2,500/- basic service fee.
The availability and extent of such assistance may depend on the individual case, process requirements, and circumstances involved.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
A customer may request cancellation of their work before the GIS Number is generated.
Cancellation Before GIS Number Generation:
If you request us to stop the work before the GIS Number is generated, ₹500/- will be deducted towards the work and processing already completed.
The remaining amount will be refunded within 3 days after we receive your refund request.
No Refund After Application Registration:
Once the required stamps have been created and the application registration process has been completed, the ₹2,500/- service fee will not be refundable.

The refund request will be considered according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy mentioned above.
11. Process Timelines & Delays
PM-UDAY and registry-related processes may involve multiple stages, including registration, GIS survey, document upload, Government survey, deficiency review, approval, payment, Conveyance Deed or Authorization Slip, and registry at the relevant Registrar Office.
Processing timelines can vary depending on Government procedures, document availability, deficiencies, surveys, technical issues, appointments, and other factors.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee a specific completion date or processing timeline for any Government-related stage or registry process.
12. Deficiencies & Additional Requirements
If a deficiency or additional requirement arises during the process, additional documents, clarification, corrections, or further action may be required from the customer.
Deficiency decisions and requirements may be determined by the relevant authorities or applicable process. Our role is limited to providing reasonable guidance and assistance based on the information available to us.
13. Communication
Customers may communicate with us through phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication methods made available by our business.
We may contact customers regarding their inquiry, documents, service request, payment-related information, deficiencies, or other relevant updates concerning the assistance requested.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
Delhi UC Registry Sahayak provides assistance based on the information, documents, and circumstances available for a case. We are not responsible for decisions, delays, technical issues, policy changes, surveys, deficiencies, rejection, or other actions taken by Government authorities or third parties.
We are also not responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, false, forged, or misleading information or documents provided by the customer.
